一汽-大众销售有限责任公司大众品牌市场营销策略及传统广告创意代理招募公告

  由于公司业务发展需要,现需要招募大众品牌市场营销策略及传统广告创意代理公司。敬请关注以下内容:

  1. 招募标准:(以下条件为硬性条件)

  1.1 参与招募的公司须成立于2011年1月1日之前,注册资金500万及以上,知名的国内外4A广告公司,须在中国大陆设有办公室,该办公室须成立于2011年1月1日之前;

  1.2 公司须有5年及以上服务汽车客户的资历,设立在中国大陆办公室各类专业人员总计100人以上;具有较强的整合营销策略能力、市场调研能力和消费者洞察能力,具备较强的品牌定位及品牌策略规划能力,较强的品牌监测及竞品跟踪分析能力,须具备较强的咨询和调研第三方资源,具有3家以上的咨询调研合作公司资源;

  1.3 有较强的传播策划能力、创意能力和专业素质,近3年内汽车品牌电视广告创意及制作数量超过5个,广告作品(全行业类)在广告业内获得国内外知名奖项数量在10个以上(包括金、银、铜奖);须有较强的第三方资源,包括5家以上平面拍摄公司、5家以上TVC拍摄制作公司的资源,要有10个以上的国内外知名导演资源;

  1.4 公司连续三年(2014年、2015年、2016年)的单一汽车客户的策略创意服务年费平均不低于500万人民币,且每年的所有汽车客户的策略创意服务年费总计均不低于1000万人民币;

  2. 业务范围:

  2.1作为大众品牌市场部产品横向维度的主导性代理公司(可能根据业务需要添加售后等衍生品牌业务模块),以产品维度提供整个营销体系诊断的伴随性服务,有针对性地负责市场调研、用户调研等研究工作,负责制订涵盖市场推广、公关、互动、CRM业务的整合营销策略、品牌策略、产品定位等策略方案;

  2.2 负责策划整合传播执行方案,负责传统创意的设计及完稿工作,包括但不限于线上传播物料、线下活动物料、经销商展厅物料等设计工作,以及TVC、平面、功能片、广播等传播物料的制作执行工作,年业务总额达5000万量级;

  2.3负责内容营销资源的整合开发,运营管理和营销执行等工作;

  3. 招募须知:

  3.1签约后业务范围:大众品牌市场整合营销策略及传统广告创意;

  4. 须提交资料:

  4.1申报表(请见附件)请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  4.2公司资质:经年检合格的营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证;(以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息);中国大陆办公室具体地址及相应成立时间(须提供证明材料)

  4.3公司管理机构及人员情况:管理层机构及人员介绍,策略专业人员介绍(数量、工作年限、资质等),创意专业人员介绍(数量、工作年限、资质等), 西方(欧洲、北美)专家人员介绍(数量、工作年限、资质等)。(注:各专业人员必须提供近半年的社保缴纳证明)。

  4.4 市场研究的工具介绍和历史案例,提供第三方咨询调研公司的历史合作协议;

  4.5近三年项目作品:

  • 近3年电视广告作品(数量、清单及作品展示,作品请存入U盘)
  • 近3年平面广告作品(数量、清单及作品展示,作品请存入U盘)
  • 近3年广告创意获奖情况(获奖证明材料复印件并加盖公司印章,包含电视广告及平面广告),近3年整合传播成功案例
  • 提供与第三方合作伙伴的合作协议。

  4.6近三年(2014年、2015年、2016年)服务客户情况:在中国服务汽车品牌客户情况(服务时间、服务范围、服务年费)(请提供合同复印件为证)
  针对4.3-4.6,除书面资料外,还请自行录制公司情况、核心人员、历史业绩介绍短片存在U盘里一并提供,时间以10分钟为限。

Marketing Strategy and Traditional Creative Agency
Recruitment Announcement

  VW brand needs to recruit marketing strategy and traditional creative agency due to business development. Please see the following content:

  1. Recruitment criteria (following criteria are must-have requirements):

  1.1 Company registration time: before January 1st, 2011, and registered capital over 5 million (include 5 million), the company must be 4A of China or other country right now. Company must have office in China mainland, and the office must open before January 1st ,2011

  1.2 Company must work for auto industry client at least 5 years, stable core team in China mainland (over 100 people), Strong marketing strategy analysis and customer insight ability, strong brand positioning and strategic planning ability, strong brand monitor and competitors analysis ability,having more than 3 consulting and survey third party resources.

  1.3 Strong creative ability and professional quality. Product more than 5 TV advertising works in vehicle industry within 3 years, won more than 10 national and international well-known advertising awards (all industry funnel) within 3 years (including gold, silver and bronze); Strong third party resources, including more than 5 print shooting companies, more than 5 TVC production companies, more than 10 national and international well-known directors

  1.4 Not less than 5 million RMB average annual fee for single car client strategic creative service within three consecutive years (2014, 2015, 2016). Not less than 10 million RMB annual fee every year for all car client strategic creative service in last three years (2014, 2015, 2016)

  2. Agency business scope

  2.1 As VW brand marketing dept. leading agency in products transverse dimensionality(maybe adding after sales business part etc. derived work based on request), responsible for Strategy of product sales marketing, providing integrated communication strategy inclusive of marketing, PR, interactive marketing,CRM area business, brand strategy and product positioning, competitors dynamic tracking;

  2.2 Responsible for integrated communication plan and traditional creative design and FA work, including but not limited to ATL communication material, BTL event material, dealers POSM etc. designing work, and TVC, print, function video, radio etc. communication material production work, business amount reach 50 million RMB/ year.

  2.3 Responsible for content marketing integrated developing, operating and management, executing etc. work.

  3.1 Service scope: FAW-VW VW brand product marketing strategy and traditional ad creative;

  4. Required Documents:

  4.3 Company management structure and staff: introduction of company executives, strategic personnel (number, work experience, qualification), creative personnel(number, work experience, qualification), western (NA/EU) experts (number, work experience, qualification)(Note: provide 6 months social security payments)

  4.4 Marketing consulting case study and survey third party resources (need the contract to prove).

  4.5 Projects in recent 3 years: TVC works in recent 3 years (number, detailed list and introduction), print works in recent 3 years (number, detailed list and introduction), ad creative award in recent 3 years (copies of award certificate with company stamp, include TVC and print), and success communication campaign in recent 3 years. Need the production house resources list and need contract to prove it.

  4.6 Recent 3 years client service status: Major auto client in China (service time, service scope, contract)

  As for 4.3-4.6, except paper copies, please provide 10 minutes video footage of company introduction, core personnel, company achievement in a USB stick.

  All the above information and documents must be truthful. Fake information or document will result in disqualification of recruitment.
