一汽-大众汽车有限公司2017年大众品牌培训部外聘培训师年度代理项目招募公告

  由于公司业务发展需要,一汽-大众汽车有限公司大众品牌培训部现需对外聘培训师年度代理项目进行招募,此次年度代理招募分为三个方向,分别是销售培训方向、售后非技术培训方向以及到店辅导方向。应招公司可根据公司业务经营范围参与多个或仅参与单个方向的招募,应招公司详细要求如下。

  1、招募标准

  1.1 公司注册时间:2012年12月31日前注册

  1.2 公司规模:注册资金人民币100万(含100万)以上

  1.3 公司师资规模:20位以上(含20位)全职培训师(需出具合同和2016年7月-2016年12月的半年社保证明)

  1.4 应招方向师资规模:10人以上(含10位)全职培训师(需出具合同和2016年7月-2016年12月的半年社保证明)

  1.5 公司能够开具内容为“培训费”的增值税专用发票

  注:上述要求为否决项

  2、优先招募条件:

  2.1认同一汽-大众企业文化,对一汽-大众有较深刻的了解

  2.2 公司专业素质

  • 2016年与国内乘用车合资品牌或进口品牌在应招方向有丰富的合作经验
  • 公司后续可为应招方向提供充足稳定的优秀师资
  • 公司应具有成熟的质量管理方案,针对质量问题可提出具体可行的整改方案
  • 公司应设立专业的服务保障团队确保项目在商务流程以及业务开展方面顺利进行

  2.3 师资专业素质

  2.3.1 销售培训方向

  • 该方向备选师资资源丰富(不低于10人)
  • 培训师应对汽车销售业务有深入了解
  • 培训师应具备较强的沟通能力,且熟练掌握培训相关方法及技巧
  • 培训师应具备国内乘用车合资品牌或进口品牌的培训经验
  • 管理类课程的培训师应具备汽车行业经销商管理层工作经历
  • 培训师具有丰富的课件开发经验

  2.3.2 售后非技术培训方向

  • 该方向备选师资资源丰富(不低于10人)
  • 培训师应对汽车售后非技术业务有深入了解
  • 培训师应具备较强的沟通能力,且熟练掌握培训相关方法及技巧
  • 培训师应具备国内乘用车合资品牌或进口品牌的培训经验
  • 管理类课程的培训师应具备汽车行业经销商管理层工作经历
  • 培训师具有丰富的课件开发经验

  2.3.3 入店辅导方向

  • 该方向备选师资资源丰富(不低于10人)
  • 辅导顾问需对汽车行业有深入了解,具备汽车行业管理层从业经验
  • 辅导顾问应具备较强的沟通能力,且熟练掌握汽车行业辅导的各类技巧
  • 辅导顾问应对汽车4S店常见问题有深入研究,并有独特见解,能提供切实可行的解决方案
  • 辅导顾问应具有丰富的汽车经销商入店辅导经验,且应对一汽-大众大众品牌经销商常见业务有深入了解
  • 辅导顾问具有丰富的辅导材料开发经验

  3、须提交资料:

  3.1 《申报表》见附件:请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字;

  3.2 公司概况:公司规模、主营业务和组织机构等;

  3.3 公司资质证明文件:营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息);

  3.4 培训师合同及社保证明复印件:提供培训师的合同复印件及2016年7月-2016年12月的社保证明,在合同复印件第一页右上角注明老师可服务的方向(最多选择2个方向),并将培训师相应信息汇总至《培训师及辅导顾问师资统计表》中(见附件),该表需要加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  3.5 项目合同复印件:

  提供应招方向2016年1月1日-12月31日为乘用车合资品牌或进口品牌执行的销售培训/售后非技术培训/入店辅导/课件(辅导材料)开发的合同复印件,出于保密原则的考虑,合同中的关键信息如价格等可以不展示。请在培训/辅导执行合同首页右上方注明该合同中能体现应招方向、合作企业名称、项目执行年份、执行天数等关键信息对应的合同页码,并将这些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及培训天数,若合同中不能查询到,需要提供证明文件。请在课件(辅导材料)开发合同首页右上方注明该合同中能体现应招方向、合作企业名称、项目执行年份、课程名称及课程天数等关键信息对应的合同页码,并将这些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及课程名称,若合同中不能查询到,需要提供证明文件。并将上述所有关键合同信息汇总填写至附件《培训项目合同统计表》中,该表需要加盖公章及法人代表签字。

  注:1)若应招多个方向,请将3.5对应的材料按应招方向分别准备和归类,同时每个应招方向均需制作该方向的《培训项目合同统计表》

  2)上述资料和信息必须属实,此为后续合作依据。如查明有虚假或夸大的资料和信息,将取消其招募资格

  4、招募须知:

  4.1签约后业务范围:

  4.1.1销售培训方向:

  • 一汽-大众大众品牌培训部针对经销商总经理、销售部及市场部各岗位关于业务及管理等方面的培训及课程开发。
  • 管理层:满意度、领导力、执行力、后市场、流程管控、薪酬管理、员工激励、团队建设、市场活动策划、财务等
  • 业务层:销售流程、销售技巧、客户心理、岗位认证等

  4.1.2售后非技术培训方向:

  • 一汽-大众大众品牌培训部针对经销商售后服务部各岗位关于业务(非技术方向)及管理等方面的培训及课程开发
  • 管理层:满意度、投诉处理、危机公关、流程管控、团队建设、售后市场营销活动、财务、客户忠诚度管理等
  • 业务层:服务流程、客户抱怨处理、沟通技巧、服务理念、岗位认证等

  4.1.3 入店辅导方向

  • 一汽-大众大众品牌培训部针对经销商销售及售后部业务层和管理层关于流程执行、流程管控、关键业务指标提升、人员管理等方面的入店辅导业务及辅导材料开发。

  4.2商业机密保护:若招募成功,该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议。

  4.3培训部会对招募入围公司的培训师通过远程或者面试的方式进行初选,初选结果会作为后续提案比稿分数的重要部分。若通过提案比稿且签订合同后,通过招募初选的培训师必须参加大众AC测评和试讲,通过试讲的老师在后续实施培训过程中原则上不允许变更。

External Trainer Annual Agent Project (VW TR Dep.) Recruitment Announcement in 2017

  With the development of business, FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. Training Dept.(VW Brand) needs to recruit annual vendors for sales training, after-sales(non tech) training and dealer coaching projects. Vendors can take part in one or several directions of recruitment according to their business scope.Please find detailed information as followed.

  1. Mandatory requirements:

  1.1 Registration time: before December 31st, 2012.

  1.2 Registered capital: 1,000,000 RMB (or above).

  1.3 Cooperation trainer team: 20 full-time trainers (or above), contracts and social security records are needed as proof.

  1.4 Trainer team in recruitment direction: 10 full-time trainers (or above), contracts and social security records are needed as proof.

  1.5 Vendors should be able to issue VAT special invoice with “Training Expense” content.

  Please note: The four items listed above are veto items.

  2. Priority conditions:

  2.1 Have a deep understanding of FAW-Volkswagen, and identify with our corporate culture.

  2.2 Vendor’s professional qualifications:

  l Rich experience of cooperation with automobile joint venture or import brand.

  l Sufficient and stable qualified trainers or coaches.

  l Good quality control and feasible solutions for possible quality problems.

  l Professional support team to ensure good cooperation with FAW-Volkswagen.

  2.3 Trainer or coach qualifications:

  2.3.1 Sales training:

  l Vendors should provide at least 10 alternative trainers (contracts and social security records are needed as proof).

  l Trainers should have rich understanding of car sales business.

  l Trainers should have strong communication skills and training skills.

  l Trainers should have training experience for automobile joint venture or import brands.

  l Trainers for management training should have management experience in car dealers.

  l Trainers should have rich courseware development experience.

  2.3.2 After-sales training (non tech):

  l Vendors should provide at least 10 alternative trainers(contracts and social security payment records are needed as proof).

  l Trainers should have rich understanding of auto after-sales(non tech) business.

  l Trainers should have strong communication skills and training skills.

  l Trainers should have training experience for automobile joint venture or import brands.

  l Trainers for management training should have management experience in car dealers.

  l Trainers should have rich courseware development experience.

  2.3.3 Dealer coaching:

  l Vendors should provide at least 10 alternative coaches (contracts and social security payment records are needed as proof).

  l Coaches should have rich understanding of auto industry and have management experience in car dealers.

  l Coaches should have strong communication skills and coach skills.

  l Coaches should have further study and unique insights on the usual problems occurring in dealers, and put forward feasible solutions in the same time.

  l Coaches should have rich coaching experience for automobile joint venture or import brands and should have deep understanding of dealers’ usual business.

  l Coaches should have rich coach material development experience.

  3. Required documents:

  3.1 “Application Form” (stamp company seal and signature of Legal Representative)

  3.2 Company profile: primary business, institutional framework, etc.

  3.3 Company qualifications: “business license”, “tax registration certificate”, “organization code certificate” and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and transactor. (Note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information);

  3.4 Copies of following documents:

  a.Employment contract with trainers/coaches(remark on the first page with service scope of the trainer/coach, no more than 2 choices)

  b.Social security payment record of trainers and coaches(from Jul, 2016 to Dec, 2016)

  “Trainer/coach summary list” is needed to stamp with company seal and legal representative’s signature.

  3.5 Project contract copies:

  Provide the contract copies between agency and automotive industry joint venture brand in 2016, which infer to sales training, aftersales non-technical training, coach or courseware development. Considering the confidentiality, some key information in the contract such as price can be hidden. The page number of the key information must be shown clearly in the first page of the training or coaching contract copies such as the direction the agency choose, the year of the project and training days. If cannot find the training day in the contract, please provide the evidential material. If it is a courseware development contract, the key information includes the direction the agency choose, the year of the project course title and days. Please mark the information in the contract text at the same time. Fill in the training project “contract summary form” with corresponding information. The form should be stamped and signed by legal person. If cannot find the course name in the contract, please provide the evidential material.

  Note:

  1) If the agency chooses more than one direction, please sort the materials respectively. Every direction should have a form.

  2) All the above information and documents must be truthful. Fake information or document will result in disqualification of recruitment.

  3) About all the above documents, Please provide Chinese and English Version as far as possible.

  4、Recruitment notice:

  4.1 Business scope:

  4.1.1 Sales training:

  l Training or courseware development of FAW-VW VW brand training department to dealers’ sales department and market department about business and management.

  l Management level: satisfaction, leadership, executive force, after market, process control, salary administration, employee incentive, team building, market activity planning, finance and so on.

  l Business level: sales process, sales skills, customer mentality, certification and so on.

  4.1.2 Aftersales training:

  l Training or courseware development of FAW-VW VW brand training department to dealers’ aftersales department about business and management (non-technical).

  l Management level: satisfaction, complaint handing, crisis PR, process control, team building, aftersales marketing activities, finance, customer loyalty and so on.

  l Business level: service process, complaint dealing, communication skill, service concept, certification.

  4.1.3 Coaching

  l Coaching or material development of FAW-VW VW brand training department to dealers’ sales and aftersales departments’ business level and management level, in regard to process execution, process control, KPI promotion, people management and so on.

  4.2 Trade secret protection: The recruited agency should abide by related confidential agreement of FAW-VW Automotive Co,. Ltd.

  4.3 Training department will do primary election to trainers of agency based on the trainer statistical form by distant test or interview, the result will be important part of the following competitive presentation.
