  由于公司业务发展需要,现需要招募一汽-大众汽车有限公司奥迪网络与培训部外聘培训师项目代理公司,敬请关注以下内容。

  1. 招募标准(否决项):

  1.1 公司注册时间:须在2012年12月31日前注册;

  1.2 公司规模:注册资金人民币100万(含100万)以上,或等同外币资金;

  1.3 具备稳定的核心团队,5位以上(包括5位)全职培训师;

  1.4 可开具“培训类”增值税专用发票。

  2. 招募要求:

  2.1 具备两年及两年以上汽车行业高档豪华品牌培训经验,高档豪华品牌培训指:奥迪,宝马,奔驰,雷克萨斯,沃尔沃,保时捷,捷豹,讴歌,英菲尼迪,路虎,迷你,玛莎拉蒂,特斯拉

  2.2 公司及培训师专业素质:

  l 具有成熟的培训质量管理方案,针对培训质量问题可提出具体的整改方案

  l 具有强烈的培训师品牌专一性,即提供给奥迪品牌的培训师不允许为其他同类汽车高档豪华品牌进行培训

  l 具备较强的突发事件管理能力

  l 后续可为奥迪品牌提供充足稳定的培训师

  l 培训师需具备汽车产品知识培训经验、汽车行业销售培训经验或汽车行业经销商管理层培训经验

  3. 招募须知:

  3.1签约后业务范围:一汽-大众奥迪网络与培训部针对奥迪品牌经销商管理层员工及执行层员工的售前培训,包括奥迪品牌历史、各车型产品知识、销售流程及管理培训;

  3.2商业机密保护:若招募成功,该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议。

  4. 须提交资料:

  4.1 公司概况介绍,包括但不限于公司规模、分支机构等;

  4.2 申报表(请见附件):请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字;

  4.3 保密协议(请见附件):加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字;

  4.4 公司资质:营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息);

  4.5 2015年和2016年汽车行业高档豪华品牌培训合同复印件,出于保密原则的考虑,合同中的关键信息如价格等可以不展示,重要数据如培训天数(培训师实际执行培训的天数,不包括课程开发)请务必保留,并请在合同首页明确写出完成培训的天数。

  4.6 用以证明培训师数量的资料:多于五份的培训师合同复印件及对应培训师在2016.07-2016.12期间的社保证明。

  4.7 能够证明培训师通过了相应认证的文件复印件,如:国内培训行业的认证、国内汽车厂家的认证等。

  4.8 2016年“培训费”增值税专用发票复印件一份。

  上述资料和信息必须属实。如查明有虚假资料和信息,将取消其招募资格。以上材料,请尽量提供中英双语。

Recruitment Announcement

  With the development of business, FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. Dealer Development Dept. ASD needs to recruit a freelancer project agency. Please find detailed information as followed.

  1. Recruitment criteria (Item veto):

  1.1 Company registration time: before December 31st, 2012;

  1.2 Company scale: over RMB 1,000,000 (include 1,000,000) registered capital;

  1.3 Stable core team, include 1 project manager, and over 5 (include 5) full-time trainers;

  2. Recruitment requirement:

  2.1 Over 2 (include 2) years’ training experience of automotive industry premium brand, premium brand training means: training of Audi, BMW, MB, Lexus, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar, Acura, Infiniti, Land Rover, Mini, Maserati, Tesla;

  2.2 Company and trainer qualifications:

  l Mature training quality management scheme, ability of proposing training quality improvement scheme;

  l Strong specificity of Audi brand——trainers for Audi brand not allowed to train other automotive premium brand;

  l Strong Emergency management capability;

  l Continue to provide stable and adequate trainers for Audi brand;

  l Trainers need to have training experience of automotive industry premium brand, premium brand training means: training of Audi, BMW, MB, Lexus, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar, Acura, Infiniti, Land Rover, MINI, Volkswagen Phaeton and Touareg;

  l Trainers need to have experience of automotive product training, automotive sales process training, automotive dealer management layer training.

  3. Recruitment notice:

  3.1 Business scope: Pre-sale training for Audi dealer management layer and execution layer by FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. Dealer Development Dept. ASD, including Audi brand history, Audi product knowledge, sales process and management;

  3.2 Trade secret protection: The recruited agency should abide by related confidential agreement of FAW-VW Automotive Co,. Ltd.

  Agencies that meet above qualifications and want to join the recruitment should send the required documents (with company seal) in the fourth clause below to Purchasing Department of FAW-VW Automotive Co., Ltd by 24:00 on 2nd, Mar., 2017 through S.F.   4. Required Documents:

  4.1 Company profile, including but not limited to company scale and branches, etc.

  4.2 Application form (see attachment), please truthfully fill in company information, stamp company seal and sign legal representative signature;

  4.3 Confidentiality agreement (see attachment), stamp company seal and sign legal representative signature;

  4.4 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and transactor. (Note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information);

  4.5 Training contract copies of the automotive industry premium brand in 2015 and 2016. Considering the confidentiality, some key information in the contract such as price can be hidden, but some key data such as training days must be shown (not include training development days) clearly in the first page of the training contract copies;

  4.6 More than five labor contract copies between training agency and trainers; also need the corresponding social insurance settlement sheet during July to Dec 2016;

  4.7 Document copies to prove the trainer had passed the certification, such as certification by native training industry or native automotive industry.

  4.8 A copy of the special invoices for value-added tax in the title of “Training fee”

  All the above information and documents must be truthful. Fake information or document will result in disqualification of recruitment.

  About all the above documents, Please provide Chinese and English Version as far as possible.

  5. Recruitment Process:
