  2. 招募标准:

  l 公司注册时间:2014年12月31日前注册;

  l 公司规模:注册资金人民币100万(含100万)以上或注册资金欧元12万(含12万)以上或注册资金美元14万(含14万)以上;

  l 公司能够开具内容为“培训费/服务费”的增值税专用发票。

  注:汽车行业主要高档豪华品牌是指奥迪、奔驰、宝马、沃尔沃、雷克萨斯、保时捷、讴歌、英菲尼迪、捷豹、路虎、Mini、特斯拉、玛莎拉蒂

  3. 备选人员要求:

  3.1 提交备选的师资和课程开发人员必须是申报项目公司的全职人员,并且计划在2017-2019年作为本招募项目的工作人员,否则我方有权终止合同,由此产生的一切后果由申报方承担;

  3.2 对于通过招募初选的公司提供的备选人员,我部会通过远程或者面试的方式进行人员资质初审,该初审结果是后续提案比稿评价的重要组成部分。

  3.3 计划用于承担本招募项目的师资必须通过我方的AC测评方可承担项目工作任务。

  5. 申报资料要求:

  5.1 中英双语的公司概况介绍材料;

  5.2 针对申报的一个或多个项目填写相应的招募申报表(请见附件),招募申报表须加盖公章并请法人代表签字;

  5.3 公司资质证明材料(复印件):

  5.3.1 营业执照(请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息);

  5.3.2 税务登记证

  5.3.3 组织机构代码证及其它证明材料

  5.3.4 法人代表证明书或法人代表委托书

  5.3.5 法人代表身份证、经办人身份证

  5.4 培训或辅导经验证明材料:提供2016年期间所有符合业务资质要求(详见2.2)并能够全面体现贵司在针对不同层级岗位人员开展过的各类内容的培训与辅导服务的相关证明资料,如:合同书复印件、采购订单复印件等。出于保密原则的考虑,合同中的关键信息如价格等可以不展示。请在培训/辅导执行合同首页右上方注明该合同中能体现应招方向、合作企业名称、项目执行年份、执行天数等关键信息对应的合同页码,并将这些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及培训天数,若合同中不能查询到,需要提供证明文件。

  5.5 培训开发经验证明材料:提供2016年期间所有符合业务资质要求(详见2.2)并能够全面体现贵司针对不同层级岗位人员开展过的各类内容的培训开发的相关证明材料,如:开发合同书复印件、采购订单复印件、自有版权课程证明材料、负责或参与开发的教材等,如果开发合同书或采购订单是培训合同书或采购订单内容的一部分,请单独标示出来。出于保密原则的考虑,其中的关键信息如价格等可以不展示,重要业务信息如:开发天数、项目名称和项目核心人员姓名等请务必保留。请在课件或辅导材料开发合同首页右上方注明该合同中能体现应招方向、合作企业名称、项目执行年份、课程名称及天数等关键信息对应的合同页码,并将这些信息在合同文本中圈注,涉及课程名称,若合同中不能查询到,需要提供证明文件。

  5.6 请将上述相应合同信息汇总填写至附件《培训项目合同统计表》中,该表需要加盖公章及法人签字。若应招多个方向,请将相应的材料按应招方向分别准备和归类,同时每个应招方向均需制作该方向的《培训项目合同统计表》

  5.7 公司人员资料:提供贵公司全部培训师及课程开发人员劳动合同及社保证明复印件(2016年7月-2016年12月的社保证明)

  5.8 备选人员资料:按照所附简历模板提供所有备选人员简历,并填写《备选人员统计表》中(见附件),该表需要加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  5.9 公司法人签字并盖章的信息真实性承诺函,上述资料和信息如有虚假,将取消招募资格。

  6. 申报方式:

  6.1 符合招募标准且有意愿参与招募评选的公司请将本公告第5条规定的资料简装版(密封处加盖公司公章)在北京时间2017年4月14日24:00点前通过顺丰快递邮寄至一汽-大众汽车有限公司采购部商务联系人处,以寄出时间为准,逾期提交的资料视为无效。

  2.The recruitment criteria:

  2.1 General requirements:

  Ÿ Company registration time: before December 31st, 2014;

  Ÿ Company scale: over RMB 1000,000 (include 1000,000) registered capital, or over Euro120,000 (include 120,000) registered capital, or over USD140,000(include 140,000) registered capital;

  3. Qualification Requirements for Project Staff

  3.1 The project Staff (trainers or developers) provided in application documents should be full-time staff of applicant and planned for our project from 2017 to 2019. Otherwise we can terminate the contract, and all the result taken by the applicant.

  3.2 For the qualification candidate, face to face or remote interview with project staff will be made. The record of interview is an important part of Presentation Comparison.

  3.3 Only after passing the AC test, the staff can take the task.

  5. Application documents Requirements:

  5.1 Company Resume documents, English & Chinese Version;

  5.2 Company can apply for one or more projects, and fill in the corresponding application form. The application form (see attachment) needs to stamp and sign legal representative signature;

  5.3 Company qualification documents (copies):

  5.3.1 Business license(stamp Company seal and offer business license official Website authenticity query information);

  5.3.2 Tax registration certificate;

  5.3.3 Organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection legal representative certificate or power of attorney;

  5.3.4 Legal representative document or authorizing document;

  5.3.5 ID cards of legal representative and operator

  5.4 Materials for the experience of training or coaching(seen in 2.2)in 2016, Such as contracts or purchase order copies, proof materials of copyrights of curriculum. Considering the confidentiality, some key information in the contract such as price can be hidden, but some key business information such as training or coaching days, training target, training and coaching fields, staff name, customer name, and the number of working days sign on the first page.

  5.5 Materials can prove the capability of course development (seen in 2.2) in 2016, Such as development contracts purchase order copies, proof for copyrights of curriculum, responsible for or participating in the development of textbook, etc. If the developing contract or purchase order mingled in the training contract, please identify. Considering the confidentiality, some key information in the contract such as price can be hidden, but some key business information such as development days, project name and key members’ names of the project, must be shown.

  5.6 Please fill in the attached , stamp and sign legal representative signature. If recruiting more directions, please get the corresponding materials prepared and classified according to the recruitment direction. And each direction should have a .

  5.7 Full-time Trainer materials: Provide copies of all Labor contract and insurance document (2016.7-2016.12 insurance document copies).

  5.8 Candidate materials: Follow the attached template to provide all the candidate resume (see attached), stamp and sign legal representative signature.

  5.9 Legal representative sign and stamp on the announcement document, if any false information, application is over.
