  由于公司业务发展需要,现需要招募一汽-大众销售有限责任公司奥迪品牌媒体监测代理公司。敬请关注以下内容。

  1. 招募标准:

  1.1 公司注册时间:2014年1月1日前注册;

  1.2 公司规模:注册资金200万(含200万)以上,具备稳定核心团队;

  1.3 媒体监测类工作年营业额500万元以上。

  1.4 公司专业素质:

  l 正在服务于国内汽车品牌媒体监测业务,且在中国设有办事处;

  l 汽车行业内媒体监测经验3年以上;

  l 同时公司内监测经验5年以上工作人员不少10人;

  l 具备稳定而独立的单一客户媒体监测服务团队(10人以上),团队需要包括数据监测、筛选人员和专业的数据分析师;

  l 具备覆盖全媒体(平面、新闻网站、电视、电波、论坛、微信、微博、APP等)的数据监测、筛选及分析能力;

  l 具备直观反映监测结果的图表制作能力和归纳总结能力;

  l 拥有国际或国内认可的智能语义分析系统;

  l 拥有敏感信息的准确判断能力和快速的危机预警能力;

  l 拥有独立、专业的翻译团队;

  l 拥有独立、稳定、流畅、能够定制化的客户端监测及数据输出平台(PC或APP);

  l 具备搭建存储5年以内所有数据的大型数据库的软硬件实力。

  2. 招募须知:

  2.1签约后业务范围:一汽-大众销售有限责任公司奥迪品牌媒体监测工作;

  2.2商业机密保护:若招募成功,该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议。

  2.3 媒体监测业务具有排他性,代理媒体监测业务的公司不能同时代理公关部其他业务,因此,请参与此次媒体监测招标的公司勿参与公关部传播策略和媒介管理业务招标。

  3. 须提交资料:

  3.1 公司概况介绍,包括但不限于公司规模、分支机构等;

  3.2 申报表(请见附件)请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字。

  3.3 公司资质:经年检合格的营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息)。

  3.4 公司管理机构及人员情况:管理层机构及人员介绍,数据监测、筛选、分析等专业人员介绍(数量、工作经历、资质等),专家人员介绍(数量、工作年限、资质等)。(注:各专业人员必须提供近半年的社保缴纳证明)。

  3.5 目前服务客户情况:中国主流汽车品牌客户服务情况(服务时间、服务范围,(请提供合同为证)

  3.6 近3年项目作品:近3年完整的汽车行业内媒体监测服务、危机预警服务、行业分析报告等案例(数量、清单及简介)。

  针对3.4-3.6,除书面资料外,还请自行录制公司情况、核心人员、历史业绩介绍短片存在优盘里一并提供,时间以10分钟为限。

Recruitment Announcement

  With the development of business, FAW-Volkswagen Sales Co., Ltd Audi brand need to recruit a Media Monitoring strategy agency. Please find detailed information as followed.

  1. Recruitment criteria:

  1.1 Company registration time: before January 1st, 2014;

  1.2 Company scale:over 2 million (include 2 million) registered capital, with stable core team;

  1.3 Over 5 mio annual turnover from single media monitoring;

  1.4 Company qualifications:

  l Serving domestic auto client for media monitoring job, and have office in China;

  l More than 3 years’ service experience for media monitoring in auto industry;

  l More than 10 monitoring personnel with at least 5 years media monitoring working experience in auto industry;

  l With stable and independent single customer media monitoring service team (more than 10 people), include data monitoring, screening personnel and professional data analyst in the team;

  l Ability to monitor, select and analyze data covering the whole media (newspaper, news website, radio, APP, comment area, social media etc.);

  l Ability to produce charts and summary to reflect the monitoring results intuitively;

  l Intelligent semantic analysis system with national and international recognition;

  l Strong ability of judge the sensitive information accurately and early warning the crisis quickly;

  l Have independent, professional translation team;

  l With an independent, stable, smooth and customized platform for client monitoring and data output (PC or APP);

  l Have the software and hardware strength to build a large database that can store at least 5 years’ data.

  2. Recruitment notice:

  2.1 Business scope: Audi brand media monitoring of FAW-Volkswagen Sales Co., Ltd.

  2.2 Trade secret protection: The recruited agency should abide by related confidential agreement of FAW-VW Automotive Co,. Ltd;

  2.3 The media monitoring business can not be agents of other business, so please do not participate in PR communication strategies and media management services bidding if you participate in this monitoring bidding.

  Agencies that meet above qualifications and want to join the recruitment should send the required documents (with company seal) in the third clause below to Purchasing Department of FAW-VW Automotive Co., Ltd by 12:00 on May. 8th, 2017 through shunfeng .   3. Required Documents:

  3.1 Company profile, including but not limited to company scale and branches, etc;

  3.2 Application form (see attachment), please truthfully fill in company information, stamp company seal and sign legal representative signature;

  3.3 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and transactor (note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information );

  3.4 Company organization structure and personnel: introduction of company top management, professional personnel in field of data monitoring, screening and data analyst as well as experts (number, working experience and qualification) Remark: all professional personnel should provide the proof of social security payments of recent half year;

  3.5 Current client service status: service status of domestic and international famous clients (service time/scope and contract as proof);

  3.6 Projects in recent 3 years: complete media monitoring proposal (number, detailed list and introduction), and successful crisis early warning proposal (number, detailed list and introduction).

  As for 3.4-3.5, except paper copies, please provide 10 minutes video footage of company introduction, core personnel, company achievement in a USB stick.

  All the above information and documents must be truthful. Fake information or document will result in disqualification of recruitment.

  About all the above documents, Please provide Chinese and English Version as far as possible. The video must have English remark.

  4.2 Collect agencies documents;

  4.3 Agencies documents review and filtering;

  4.4 Advise qualified agencies to second filtering step;
