  由于公司业务发展需要,现需要招募一汽-大众销售有限责任公司奥迪公关传播及媒体关系代理公司,敬请关注以下内容。

  1. 招募标准:

  1.1 公司注册时间:2012年1月1日前注册;

  1.2 公司性质:具有独立法人的综合类公关公司;

  1.3 公司注册资金500万以上,公关类工作年营业额5000万元以上;

  1.4 具备稳定团队(具备稳定核心团队80人以上须提供最近6个月的当地社保缴纳证明且必须为招募申报公司缴纳社保);

  1.5 世界500强中的汽车企业公关策略及公关全案服务经验5年以上;(需提供合同)

  1.6 公司专业素质:

  l 具备豪华汽车品牌信息策略和产品公关服务经验;

  l 拥有稳定的公关策略和媒介团队;

  l 具有较强的汽车行业敏感度及行业趋势分析能力;

  l 具有完善的信息策略分析及推导能力;

  l 具有较强的内容策划、文案撰写及创意制作能力;

  l 熟悉不同用户群触媒习惯,熟悉掌握传媒行业发展特点、趋势;

  l 具有独立的媒体活动执行能力;

  l 具备优质的第三方资源,如供应商、媒介、跨界资源等;

  l 具有较强的危机预警及危机事件处理能力。

  2. 招募须知:

  2.1签约后业务范围:一汽-大众奥迪品牌旗下公关传播策略、公关活动策划与执行、媒体关系管理等业务,包括奥迪销售事业部所有业务部门与公关传播有关的工作内容;

  2.2商业机密保护:若招募成功,该签约公司必须遵守一汽-大众汽车有限公司相关保密协议;

  2.3 此次奥迪品牌招募包括公关传播及媒体关系代理公司、数据分析方向的公关代理公司,两者不允许兼报;拥有分公司的企业只能以总公司名义参与竞标,不允许分公司分开参与竞标。

  3.1 公司概况介绍,包括但不限于公司规模、分支机构等;

  3.2 申报表(请见附件):请如实填写贵司相关信息,加盖公司公章并请法人代表签字;

  3.3 公司资质:经年检合格的营业执照,税务登记证,组织机构代码证及其它证明材料;法人代表证明书或法人委托书;法人代表身份证、经办人身份证。(注:以上内容请提供复印件;营业执照请加盖公司公章并提供营业执照官网真伪查询信息);

  3.4 公司管理机构及人员情况:管理层机构及人员介绍,策略、活动、媒介人员介绍(数量、工作年限、工作经历、资质等)。(注:各专业人员须提供近半年的社保缴纳证明复印件;进入到讲标环节的公司需携带主讲人一年以上的社保缴纳证明原件,并确保中标后此人为奥迪品牌服务;提供相关英语能力证明材料);

Recruitment Announcement  

  With the development of business, FAW-Volkswagen Sales Co., Ltd Audi brand need to recruit PR and media management agencies. Please find detailed information as followed.

  1. Recruitment criteria:

  1.1 Company registration time: before January 1st, 2012;

  1.2 Company nature: Comprehensive PR company with independent legal person;

  1.3 The registered capital must be over 5 million, PR revenue ≥50 million;

  1.4 Have a stable team (more than 80 people, providing the latest 6 months of the local social security payment certificate);

  1.5 More than 5 years of experience in PR strategy and service in the world's top 500 automotive companies (provide contacts)

  1.6 Company qualifications:

  l Experience of luxury brand strategies and products PR communication;

  l Stable PR strategy and media team;

  l Have a strong sense of social focus and strong public opinion monitoring abilities;

  l Perfect strategy analysis and deduction logic;

  l Strong content planning and advertising copy writer ability;

  l Understand the habits of different user groups contacting with the media with the latest status, familiar with the characteristics and trends of media;

  l Independent activity execution ability that meet the criteria of the brand activity;

  l Rich third party resource, such as suppliers, media, cross border resources, etc.;

  l Strong crisis early warning and crisis management ability.

  2. Recruitment notice:

  2.1 Business scope: FAW-VW Audi PR communication strategy, PR events planning and execution, media relations management and other business, including Audi sales division of all business departments and PR related work.

  2.2 Trade secret protection: The recruited agency should abide by related confidential agreement of FAW-VW Automotive Co,. Ltd;

  2.3 Audi brand recruitments including PR and media management agency, and media data analysis agencies, please don’t participate in these two recruitments at the same time; companies with branch office are only admitted to participate in the recruitments in the name of the parent company.

  3. Required Documents:

  3.1 Company profile, including but not limited to company scale and branches, etc;

  3.2 Application form (see attachment), please truthfully fill in company information, stamp company seal and sign legal representative signature;

  3.3Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and agent (note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information );

  3.4 Company organization structure and personnel: introduction of company top management, professional personnel in field of strategy, creativity and PR event planning as well as experts (number, working experience and qualification) Remark: all professional personnel should provide the copiers of social security payments of recent half year; the speaker of the tender must provide the original script of social security payments of more than one year and be sure to serve Audi in the future;

  3.5 Current client service status: service period and scale (please provide contract copies and other proof);

  3.6 Projects in recent 3 years: recent 3 years finished PR strategy and integrated communication proposal (number, detailed list and introduction);

  As for 3.4-3.5, except paper copies, please provide 5 minutes video footage of company introduction, core personnel, company achievement in a USB stick.
